Return and Exchange Policy

Nexa Vision strives for customer satisfaction and offers the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:
  1. No Exchange Policy: Products once purchased cannot be exchanged under any condition.
  2. Courier Damage Replacement: Claims for damage during transit are only accepted with video proof recorded at the time of delivery.
    Videos must clearly show the package, product, and the damage.
    Approved claims will result in a free replacement of the damaged product.
  3. Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.
    Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    Returns will be approved only after inspection by our service team.
